- "And we all have to turn the page"
I don't wanna close my book too soon. I'm not even half a century old yet or a quarter.
2012 is coming to an endin 3 days? I must say this year might be one of the most memorable year for me because it was a hell lotsa bittersweet shit.
People really see how my life has changed and how I became so much happier.
I just wanna sum up this year with the word PHASE. This year my life was all about phases. From the start where I've gotten my Os results, to entering jc, and the things that happened in jc and getting out, finding a job etc.
Honestly, I really thought this will be the shittiest year out of my entire life. For those who know how I felt, I guess they will really see the change in my life.
JC, yes it is a good thing to enter there. I guess I'm not just cut out for jc. I'm not the typical jc kid that drops out because I have shitty results.
Yes I do agree I have one of the most shittiest results I've ever gotten in my entire life but I could've worked hard from there and pick up the pieces but I choose not to. I feel guilty towards my PW mates by leaving halfway but I cannot see a future while I was in JC. I couldn't even see myself being a J2. I can say that I continued in there because of all the friends I've made in there, and the "fun" events that were happening.
I was crying almost everyday because I kept complaining and telling my mum to let me withdraw so that I can enter poly next year. I don't know what it was but during that period, my family was quite chaotic. I just felt so lost and helpless everywhere, even when meeting the girls, they would ask me how's sch and I usually end up in tears.
BUT THATS ALL OVER BITCHES HAHAHAHAHHAAHAHA YESSSSS.
I taste freedom after September. WOOHOO LOVE IT. It's like that first part never existed at all! This huge ass rock was being thrown off the cliff and I've never felt so carefree. Of course the main reason was that I didn't have to study anymore for the rest of the year. But most importantly, I'm out of the place that makes me gloomy and bored.
I spent almost everyday in my grandma house, I've started waking up early in the morning to exercise. I did the things I've wanted to. I have all the time in the world. Going for big bang concerts and enjoying my korean class every sunday. I love it.
This is the kind of lifestyle I want. I know poly is not gonna be less stressful as jc. C'mon it's singapore, everywhere you go, it's stressful. But I want that kind of school life. Although I really hate having to decide what to wear to school every single day. Oh well, that's beside the point.
Then I was going for F1 with the girls and getting to see Maroon 5 live was wow, I loved it. We were all sweaty and shit but I really enjoyed everything. Then it was work. My pay isn't high at all, but the thing is I don't wanna find a new job. It's because of the people there I work with. The bosses are nice, so are my friends there. The environment is cozy and that's why I chose to stay on.
Then december came! The month of joy. I love December. It's always so darn happening. My super rash decision to go for 2NE1's new evolution concert was crazy. I bought the tickets only a day before the show and it was my virgin moshpit concert and I was at the front row. Can anyone be as lucky as me? T.T
The only sad part was seeing Kate Unnie go... But I know we will meet again someday ;)
Finally, it was my taiwan trip. I swear the trip was so unexpectedly fun! I honestly felt that the tour will be filled with old people and we'll be like moving oh-so-slowly BUT HELL WRONG WAS I.
The tour group which only consists of 15 of us was cozy and I liked it. I went without my parents though, I guess I liked it too? OOPS. I really hoped my mum was there too. She was complaining about how she couldn't go. Next year I hope our family can go to Japan! It's like the country she wants to go THE MOST MOST MOST MOST MOST.
I've been there already, without my parents, again. But it's only Hokkaido. So I do hope we can go Tokyo, Osaka etc.
Anyway about the TW trip, I had fun! My cousins, aunt, uncle, bro, and people I've met, I really love it. But as I said, my life is all about phases this year, I do hope this phase will never come to an end but reality check darling, I can't stay in Taiwan forever right? What happens in Taiwan, stays in Taiwan. :( COLD HARD TRUTH....
My december was so packed it was hard to breathe. Thank goodness I didn't unpack my toiletry bag because right after the trip, I rested for 2 days before going for ablaze camp. And then rested for a day, it was steamboat with krajar - the earliest Christmas celebration. Then moving on to Christmas service in church, celebration with the family.
MBS was super impromptu because it was on the actual Christmas day itself and I'm so glad Anna invited me. I really had fun with Anna, Mandy, Rosanna and Edmund. They are a really fun bunch of crazy people yet even though it's the first time hanging out with them, I felt so welcomed and accepted there was such a warm fuzzy feeling within. Right after that on the 26th was celebration with my boomz girls!!! 5 years of sistership and counting :')
I haven't seen them for like almost 2-3 weeks and I was so happy to finally hang out with them and of course sharing our stories. I wished that day never end because I don't know when I'll see them again or when we can hang out like this again :'(
Straight after that the next day I went for mg chalet. I don't find it pathetic, I actually felt cozy. I guess I'm so used to having so many people in a chalet, it's nice to finally have a pillow and blanket to sleep in. We drank a lot. Maybe it's just me. The rest did not touch the vodka and I didn't liked the beer BLEH. So yeah.
I wanna sit on the exact same bench I sat on yesterday with my boyfriend in the future. I wanna watch the sunrise there. It was the best.
That pretty much sums up the december plans. And yes, about the toiletry bag, I brought it 4 places with me. I really did stay out a lot this month huh. But I am only 17 once, I wanna be crazy and do whatever I can/like now before I regret.
Did I mention that I drank for 3 days in a row? Like consecutively? I'm not tryna show off here but I finally know whats the aftereffect of me drinking too much. My eyes.
People get red, or rashes when they drink too much but for me it's my eyes, They start to sting and hurt and my head hurts too. On MBS night I tried gin and eeeeeew, I don't think I really liked it. So we down bacardi. Second day we had absolut kurant. I think that's currently my fav! Finally on that day I drank till my head was pounding and my eyes hurt. But I really think it was accumulative cuz the next day my eyes hurt even faster but no I was still as sober as hell. I don't think I wanna get drunk cuz I really hate the feeling of puking.
That pretty much sums up my activity in December, except there's still district event tomorrow, and Becca's birthday celebration followed by cousin's birthday celebration! THAT will end my 2012.
AND I AM ENDING THE YEAR AS WELL AS STARTING THE YEAR WITH PINK HAIR WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I guess that's all.
PS/ I always look through my posts thoroughly before I post to check for spelling/grammar mistakes but I'm hungry and this is a long post so spare me!!!

Back to December
Just got back from my Taiwan trip. One of the most tiring trip ever. That's just because I'm totally drained and it's hard for me to sleep on the bus idk why..
We changed hotel every single day and it's tiring to keep packing and packing. Especially the last day. Packing in all the things I bought was no joke..
I had to say I have lots of fun during this trip! I never expected it to be like this. I was scared because my cousins are younger than me at most 7 years. I was scared that the age gap wouldn't provide that much fun. But I was wrong.
It's like I've never seen that side of them, so cute and I never knew my youngest cousin would be so humorous! His laughter is one of the happiest sounds ever and it's freaking contagious so when he laughs, you'll feel like laughing too. It's the best.
We spent 12/12/12 in Taiwan too! I don't know if it's anything special but it's cool to spend a date like this in another country. Oh and did I mention I made a new friend?
Hope we'll still keep in contact though, or end up in the same poly?
Anyway I enjoyed myself very much, ate all I can eat/dare to eat! I really love Taiwan and I can't wait to explore other parts of the world soon.
I don't know what to feel now. This whole trip flew by so quickly. One of the fastest trip I've been to. I really cannot come back to reality... help :'(
I need to continue to work, and there's camp/chalet! Oh no money.... I can't wait to meet all my sissies, and friends and everyone that I've missed so badly...
AND WORK. YES I NEED TO GO BACK TO WORK SOON. I NEED MONEY.
That wraps up the first part of my December!
